Life is more fun when you’re fit! I’ve been blessed with opportunities to enjoy a wide range of experiences from living in the African bush, to completing ultramarathons, and now, leading a growing fitness community with GNFA.
Through all my adventures, one thing is certain: Fitness is Freedom. Being mentally, physically, and spiritually fit gives you the confidence and skills to get through tough situations and even turn them into some of the best times of your life.
When I’m not at the gym, you can find me hanging out with my wife Ashley, my son Dawson, and my daughter Katie, rambling through the woods, climbing trees, hunting, running, and taking care of our little mini-farm.

I am a mom to 4, married to my wonderful husband Kelly, and am an avid artist & photographer on a mission to bring more joy, artistic expression, and all around healthy living to our community.
After high school, I seemed to be on a rollercoaster ride of health and fitness. I was so busy caring for my family, that I didn’t make time for my own health and mental well being. I joined GNFA summer bootcamp program in 2017 to lose weight, but discovered so much more!
I want people to know that no matter where you’re at in your life, you are never too late, too old, or too anything to start to making changes!

I am a family medicine physician. I was constantly stressed/tired and was neglecting my own health. I knew I needed to make a change, so joined GNFA in 2019. The work-outs sounded impossible when I started, but the team was so encouraging that I kept going. I also started to make changes in my eating habits and sleep. Slowly my mindset began to change and I started feeling better. Joining GNFA has been one of the best decisions I’ve made- I have learned way more than I set out to, and am excited to keep going!
