"Feeling So Much Better"
I can’t pick just one thing I like about the gym: the people and coaches, feeling so much better than I did before, and surprising myself when I do something I didn’t think I could do. Some gyms it’s a big show and competition for what you can lift or do, but I don’t see that at your gym. I am a little competitive so sometimes I’m frustrated with things I can’t do, but then I remember that I’m old enough to be some of the other members’ grandpa!
I look forward to going to the gym every day. I have found it really helps me stay positive.
